Performance Classes
Who says the spotlight is just for kids? At Studio 360, our adult classes are built for grown-ups who want to grow and perform - whether you're reconnecting with your dance roots or discovering a new passion.
These classes follow our regular dance season schedule, giving adults the full experience: weekly training, community connection, and the chance to shine on stage. With performance opportunities throughout the year, you'll not only improve your skills, but get tho share your love of dance with an audience!

Recreational Classes
No pressure, no stage, just movement and good vibes! Our adult recreational track sessions run in 6-8 week blocks and are perfect for anyone looking to dance, get active, and have fun without the commitment of performing.
Whether you're a beginner or getting back into the groove, these classes are all about enjoying movement, learning something new, and moving in a supportive, judgement-free space.

Adult Movement Classes
Circle & Center is a class built with the purpose of giving attendees structured time to reconnect with themselves and strengthen their mind, body connection. Prioritizing injury prevention, Mobility, and giving our bodies the grace it deserves, our Adult Wellness class works to give students the tools to thrive in and outside the classroom. Through Meditation, Low-Impact Exercises, Strength training and Stretching, we want to help you unlock your happiest, healthiest self.
